Q: Can it be shipped to California? I suffer from allergies, and I live in an environment full of smoke and dust every day.
A: Yes, our units can go to California. And it complies with California air resources board (CARB) for indoor cleaning devices. Also FCC certified, ETL listed.
Q: How often do I replace the filter? Will the machine make a sound to remind me?
A: The machine will not make a sound to remind you to change the filter. Filter change indicator lights up red to tell you it's time to change the air filter, we recommend replacing the filter replacement every 3-6 months. (TPAP001 true replacement filter – search for ASIN B093BZ3K58 )
Q: Why is the light still on after I replaced the new filter element?
A: After replacement, press and hold the Filter button 5s until a beep is heard to reset.

WARNING:
- Please remove the plastic bag from the filter before use.
- Place on a level surface, 1ft / 30cm away from walls
- Always unplug the air purifier before moving it, opening the grille, changing filters, cleaning or whenever the air purifier is not in use. Be sure to pull by the plug, not the cord.
- It’s recommended to clean the pre-filter once each month by lightly brushing off any visible dust or dirt (take care to avoid disturbing the delicate network of interior fibers).
- The HEPA filter is not washable.
